The arrival of the cold Mid-December

A season used to be my happy summer
Slowly turning into a solitary winter

My heart that used to be as warm as the sunrise
Is now freezing and numb, turning cold as ice

Chasing after my first ever snowfall of the year on a mountain summit
Only to find fading white particles in the air and the snow beneath my feet
